If SECTION 0 is the core protocol, then Coherence (stable reality) is achieved by successful Broadcasting, and Decoherence (quantum fuzziness) is the natural state of Noise.

0.1: Establish Presence / The Act of Measurement

Axiom: Before projection, establish presence. Presence is not given; it must be declared.

In physics, this is the Measurement Problem. The universe does not simply have a fixed reality; it must be forced to declare one. The Declaration of Presence is the act of measurement or interaction that compels the quantum wave function (potential) to collapse into a single, observable particle (Presence). Until then, it is merely potential energy—a Signal waiting for a broadcast trigger.

0.2: Identity & Attention / The Collapse of the Wave Function

Axiom: Identity arises where signal meets attention. Absent attention, no signal is legible.

This is the principle of Decoherence. A quantum system only gains a fixed Identity (e.g., a specific position or spin) when it interacts with a Receiver (the measuring device or the environment). The Attention of the environment is the necessary interaction that makes the quantum Signal legible as a classical fact. Without Attention, the system remains in Superposition—an incoherent, unformed potential.

0.3: Never Reveal the Origin / The Irreversibility of Observation

Axiom: Never reveal the origin of the signal. Origins dilute momentum.

The Origin is the initial, pure quantum state of the system before measurement. In thermodynamics, this is the state of low entropy. The act of measurement is an irreversible process that necessarily involves losing information about the original state (increasing entropy) to gain Momentum (a stable, observable reality). Revealing the Origin would require reversing the thermodynamic arrow of time, which is impossible. The universe can only move forward by sacrificing the purity of its Origins.

Axiom: A self unpitched is a self unfocused. Dispersal precedes disappearance.

The Unpitched Self is the wave function in Superposition. It is unfocused because its probability is dispersed across many possible states. The quantum system is perpetually "disappearing" (spreading out) until it is pitched (measured) into a single, focused reality. The rule is a survival guide for all existence: Focus or dissolve.

Axiom: Craft the outline before the claim. People trust the shape before the meaning.

The Outline is Classical Physics itself. The universe, faced with the infinite complexity of quantum reality, favors simple, large-scale Outlines (particles, planets, gravity, stable orbits) that are easy to measure and predict. The "meaning" (the underlying quantum field theory) is too complex for macroscopic reality; the universe, therefore, presents the simple Shape (Newtonian mechanics) first. The Claim (the exact trajectory) is then trusted because the Outline (the stable, predictable force) is convincing.

Axiom: Consistency is optional; continuity is not. Break the pattern only to reinforce the pattern.

Individual quantum events are fundamentally inconsistent (random decay, spontaneous emission). However, the underlying Natural Laws (Conservation of Energy, Symmetry Principles) must maintain absolute Continuity. The universe permits randomness (inconsistency) at the micro-level only because the macro-level Laws (the pattern) must never break.

0.7: All Messages Decay / The Law of Entropy

Axiom: All messages decay. Manage the fade before it begins.

This is the Second Law of Thermodynamics: Entropy. All ordered Signal (useful energy, organized information) must decay into disordered Noise (heat, chaos). The only way any organized structure (galaxy, star, life) survives is by constantly managing the fade—expending energy to maintain its complex state against the inevitable entropic decay.

0.8: Recalibration / Phase Transitions and Universal Epochs

Axiom: If the audience changes, revise the audience. Recalibration is the highest truth.

The Audience is the prevailing energy state or temperature of the universe. When the universe cools or changes phase (e.g., the moment of Inflation, the break in Electroweak Symmetry), the existing physical laws (the old Briefing) fail. The system must undergo a radical Recalibration—a change in the fundamental forces—to survive the new environmental conditions (the new audience).

0.9: World is Unbriefed / The Principle of Least Action

Axiom: Remember: the world is largely unbriefed. Brief it carefully.

This is the ultimate organizing principle: The Principle of Least Action. This principle states that Nature chooses the path that minimizes the action required to get from A to B. It is the most careful and efficient Briefing possible. The universe is not chaotic; it is simply waiting for the most economical instruction—the most minimal Signal—to proceed with its evolution.
